How the meeting timer works
Choose a preset or enter hours, minutes, and seconds to open a meeting countdown. You can pause and resume it, reset to the original duration, and let the display continue into overtime when a discussion runs long.
Will the timer stop at zero?
Meeting mode keeps counting past zero and displays overtime, so the group can see how far the meeting has run beyond its planned end.
Can I use the timer without sound?
Yes. Mute the alert in Audio Settings on the timer page. The countdown and overtime display continue to work.
Will an alert play while my device is asleep?
No browser alert is guaranteed when the device is asleep, the page is closed, or audio is blocked. Keep the device awake if you need to hear the alert.
